Return & Refund Guidelines

At SuperTHCA, we take pride in delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and discretion. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help—within reason.


Returns

We accept returns for items that remain in their original, unopened condition. Our products are sealed to lock in freshness and prevent odor. Once a seal is broken or the packaging is opened, we cannot accept the item back. This is due to the nature of our products, which cannot be resold or safely shipped once unsealed.

If something’s not right, we want to make it right. Reach out to us via email with details about your situation, and we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email. If your return meets our criteria, we’ll approve the refund and process it to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.


Sale Items

Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We only exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same product, email us at support@superthca.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to the address above. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
