Super THCA Fulfillment & Customer Support Hours

Our dedicated Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Meanwhile, our Fulfillment Team operates Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please note, both teams are unavailable during weekends and federal holidays.

If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, rest assured that your order will begin processing the next available business day. We recommend planning your purchases around these timeframes for the fastest service.

Placing Orders After Hours with Super THCA

If you submit your order outside of our active fulfillment hours, it will be queued for processing once our team is back in action. For urgent inquiries outside these hours, please send us an email, and our team will respond during the next business window.

Order Processing Timeline

We strive to ship most orders the next business day, ensuring you receive your products as quickly as possible. While rare, we occasionally offer same-day shipping, but this is not guaranteed and depends on order volume and timing. For transparency, please allow up to two full business days for your order to be processed before it ships. This means that if you order on Monday, your package should be shipped by Wednesday at the latest.

Factors That May Affect Processing Time

·       High order volume during sales or holidays may extend processing times.

·       Out-of-stock items or special requests could require extra attention and communication.

·       Payment verification or discrepancies in shipping information may delay processing.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your shipping label is created, you’ll immediately receive an email containing your tracking information. Please keep in mind that a printed label means your order is being prepared but has not yet shipped. Generally, orders are handed off to our carriers—USPS or UPS—the same day the label is printed, but this is not always guaranteed due to logistical variables.

How to Track Your Package

For accurate delivery updates, please use your carrier’s official website (USPS: https://www.usps.com; UPS: https://www.ups.com). We strongly advise against relying on third-party apps like Shop App, as they often provide inaccurate information. Your tracking number is your best tool for monitoring your shipment’s journey.

When to Reach Out

We kindly ask that you wait a full two business days after placing your order before contacting us regarding shipment status. Here are some examples for clarity:

·       Order placed Monday: You may contact us on Thursday if you haven’t received an update.

·       Order placed Friday: Please reach out on Tuesday evening.

If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to issue a full refund if it hasn’t shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may return it sealed and unopened for a refund once we receive it back.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been handed over to USPS or UPS, delivery timelines and any issues such as delays, loss, or damage are beyond our control. Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier, and Super THCA does not profit from these charges. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Order Issues

If something isn’t right with your order, please email us at support@thca.com. Include your 5-digit order number and a clear description of the issue. If we request photos, please provide them so we can resolve your concern quickly and efficiently. We’re committed to correcting any mistakes on our end and ask that you give us the opportunity to make things right before leaving negative feedback.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Although we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, we are committed to supporting you in finding a resolution. Contact us if you encounter such an issue, and we will help guide you through the process with the carrier, including filing claims or investigating missing shipments.

Our team works diligently to provide excellent service, and we ask that you treat our Customer Service Representatives with courtesy and respect. Profanity or abusive language will not be tolerated, and may result in a permanent ban from ordering with Super THCA.

Important Notes: Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays, so orders shipped on Friday will arrive Monday or Tuesday.

Additional Notes & Restrictions

·       Super THCA does not ship internationally at this time.

·       We do not ship to states where THCA hemp is banned: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

·       Orders over $150 may require an adult signature upon delivery for security.

·       All packages are handled with care and shipped discreetly to protect your privacy.

·       UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services do not offer Saturday delivery, so be sure to consider this when selecting your shipping option.

·       If your shipping address is incorrect, please notify us immediately to prevent delays or lost packages. Address changes may only be possible before your order ships.

What to Do If Your State Is Restricted

If you reside in a state where THCA hemp is banned, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your location. Please refer to state laws or check our website for the most current shipping restrictions.
