Shipping Policy – What You Need to Know Before You Order
Thanks for choosing Super THCA! We’re here to deliver top-tier THCA flower with care, speed, and transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order—so there are no surprises.
🕒 Fulfillment & Customer Support Hours
- Customer Service: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
- Fulfillment Team: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM PST
- Closed: Weekends and federal holidays
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.
📦 Order Processing Timeline
- Most orders ship the next business day.
- Occasionally, same-day shipping happens—but it’s rare and not guaranteed.
- We allow up to 2 full business days to process your order before it ships.
📬 Tracking & Notifications
- Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.
- A printed label means your order is being prepared, not yet shipped.
- Orders are usually handed off to USPS or UPS the same day the label is printed—but again, not guaranteed.
- For delivery updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Use their official websites: https://www.usps.com or https://www.ups.com. Avoid using the Shop App—it’s often inaccurate.
❗ When to Reach Out
Please wait 2 full business days after placing your order before contacting us about shipping.
- Example: Order placed Monday → Contact us Thursday if no update.
- Example: Order placed Friday → Contact us Tuesday evening.
Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has shipped, return it sealed and unopened for a refund once received.
🚚 Carrier Responsibility
Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delivery timelines and issues are out of our control.
- Shipping fees go directly to the carrier—we don’t profit from them.
- We’re not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.

If something’s off, email us at support@thca.com with:
- Your 5-digit order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos (if requested) to help us resolve it quickly
We’ll always fix any mistake on our end. Please give us a chance to make it right before leaving a negative review.
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
While we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to support you and help you navigate a resolution.
🤝 Respectful Communication
Our team works hard to serve you. We ask that you treat our customer service reps with courtesy. Profanity or abusive language may result in a permanent ban from ordering.
📅 Shipping Timeframes
Here’s how shipping works:
- Order Date: Monday, Jan 2
- Latest Ship Date: Wednesday, Jan 4 (End of Day)

- USPS Priority Mail: Up to 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
Note: Weekends and holidays don’t count as business days.
🌍 Additional Notes
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to states where THCA hemp is banned: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.
- Orders over $150 may require an adult signature.
- UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays. Orders shipped Friday will arrive Monday or Tuesday.
- All orders are packaged discreetly and handled with care.
